Medical condition and medication discussed without permission. Is this a violation?
My doctor discussed my medical conditions and all of the medications I am currently taking with family members, very loudly in the hallway, without my permission. Has cause major with my family. Is there anything I can do about it.

He may have good reason to do this if say you are elderly and he wanted to make sure your family members knew each rx and why you were taking it. Lots of reasons here. Or if you were say bipolar and you were prescribed certain medications the doctor wanted to make sure you were taking them and any possible side effects to look out for.

Also, why were your family members at this particular doctor's appointment with you?
