    Probation
My boyfriend is on two probation. One is felony and the other one is misdemeanor. When he was 18 he caught the felony change in 2001, he get off probation in 2013. He caught the second change in 2010, he gets off probation in 2011. He only has 3 months left to get off the second probation. While the 1st probation office placed him on a 6 O'clock curfew and said that he violation the curfew. His probation office has never came out to the house after 6 to see if he was there. My question is what can the judge give him? The probation office are in the same county.

You didn't explain WHY they want to violate him. Is it due to the fact he was not home at his designated curfew time?

They said it is due to curfew violation. He went to court today and give him time saverd on the felony. He was going to be let go today, but the second violation catched up. Now he has to went until tomorrow court date.
