    Losing weight
    How can we do weight loose without exercicing as I don't have time for any work to do

    You lose weight by moving your body -- take the stairs, walk from the far end of the mall, and don't just sit all the time. Also, eat lots of fruits and vegetables -- raw, if possible, plus nuts and seeds, chicken and fish. Avoid foods that are white. Don't eat any sweets. Drink only water (two full glasses before each time you eat something).

    You have no excuse not to do those things.

    Well I agree on those things I also think another thing you could do is, if you have any stairs walk up and down maybe even only 3 time its still burning energy so it doesn't matter how long you do it for! Another thing you can do is if you're putting the clothes on the washing line and you need to get to the other side, instead of spinning it around you can just walk around some people even do it for they're daily exercise!

    Simple... cut down on your calories. Do not tempt yourself so try to stay away from junk. What I do is that I see food as its original ingrediants. For instance if I really really want a hamburger with french fries... vs. a salad I think of salad as its natural crispy self and I imagine a hamburger as a cow and moldy potatoes. Think badly of the junky but tasty foods
