    Should a trustee of a 501 c3 corp. also be a director?
We are a non-profit anonymous program. We have trustees that vote on rules, procedures, literature, golobal growth etc. We also have a board of directors that controls the financial responsibilities. It has been suggested that the trustees also take on the title of directors and the group handling the financial responsibilities be called the Board of Regents. Would this arraingement be acceptable?
