    What condotion of my eyesight?
    My right eye -1.75 which CYL -0.25, AX 107 ,SPH -1.75
    Left eye -2.25 which CYL -0.25, AX 142, SPH -2.25
    What does it means? Is it serious?

    This means that you are farsighted with an astigmatism. You need correction. Either contacts or glasses, maybe even corrective surgery.
