    Can I get a passport or visa with a dui felony
    I would like to know if I can get a Visa or Passport to go to Europe for treatment if I have a DUI felony

    You can always get a passport, it is just a national form of ID.
    A Visa will depend on the country, Europe is not a country, but a group of them each with their own rules

    I would say yes you can according to law if you have two DUI convictions in last three years of applying for visa then you have a chance you may like to see this for more details:
