    Roommate changing the locks when I'm on the least
    Afer moving in to my new pace nov1 my roommate changed the locks on me and the landlord said that she took me off the lease and the landlord is refusing to give me my last months deposite and rent money back.

    More details are needed here. What was the term of the lease? When did it expire? Did you give notice that you were vacating? If so, How much? Did the landlord give you a reason in writing for not returning the deposit? ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.
