    I was sited for failure to control my vehicle which caused an accident
    I was sited for failure to control my vehicle, I was on the express way. The car behinnd me. Bumped my tail. They kept going an I spun an got tboned. The roads were slippery and I was doing 30mph. Should I fight the ticket

    Yes you should why not you did not hit yourself the other vehicle hit you I mean something had to cause you to spin out of control
