    Indiana abandonment
My son is three years old and his father and I broke up when he was about 4 months old I have not gotten a penny from him since we split and my husband now has been taken care of my son for two years or more now. My son has not seen his real father or heard from him since christmas eve last year can I get him for abandonment because of that or does he have to go longer without seeing him

What do you think abandonment will get you? Not that you can "get him for abandonment", but what good do you think it will do?
