There's actually a story behind that... we had a white elephant gift exchange for a New Years Party a couple years ago. It was mostly guys, so I knew I'd end up with something like oil filters as my gift.

So... because I wanted to give something memorable... I got that cookie cutter. And baked some cookies. And decorated them in VERY interesting manners.

    Cookie cutter: $4.00
    Cookie dough: $4.75
    Frosting: $1.50
Watching every guy you know put a "cockie" in his mouth: Priceless.

Sorry, I am not into cookies and cakes and baking stuff like that. Guess I enjoy being a cook and chef and doing lots of fancy stuff. For example: Chicken Cordon blue. On the east coast I used to work in a all you can eat buffet. Lobster, muscles, ham and they had a dining room as well. It was nice working with the chefs. Learn lots of things. Oh and there was this mushroom sauce to die for, it was made with wild mushrooms that the owner would go out and pick himself. He ending up passing away so I have no recipe.

Okay I won't hijack this thread anymore. Lol

Mmmm... chicken cordon bleu. My favorite meal, and I can never get it to turn out!

I'm good at making the sweet stuff (my high school job was in a bakery) but I can't make too many meals that aren't basic things.

As long as you clean it up again, making a mess isn't so very bad!

My husband and I have a deal... whoever cooks doesn't have to clean up. Which means that since neither of us likes doing dishes, we both try to come up with the best ideas for dinner ;)

Maybe you guys need me to come to your kitchens and I will cook you some really good top of the line meals. I will be like that Take Home Chef.

The guy goes into a grocery store and surprise somebody. Say that I will do the shopping and pay for the groceries. Then you take me home to your place and I will cook you and your significant other and awsome meal.
