Bathroom lights take a long time to come on
I have two bathrooms on the same ground fault breaker when I turn the light switch on I loose power to the black wire that come into the switch in both bathrooms for about thirty seconds to a min. it seems like something kicks off when you turn on the switch and then they come on I changed the ground fault breaker in the power box and the switch in both rooms with the same problem also I have a fluorescent light in my garage on this breaker that will work one time and not another can you tell me what could be wrong.

Could be a loose connection at a terminal or splice in the wiring before the switch.
