    Punta Cana
In September me and two friends booked a trip to Punta Cana for Spring Break. A month ago the two girls had a huge fight and no longer get along. After the fight me we all agreed to cancel the trip as it would seem awkward to go all together. The one girl and I went and cancelled ours but we could not have our trips finalized until the other girl confirmed her cancellation. All she has to do is call the company but she insists on going to the physical location to do so. We both feel as though she is dragging this on out of spite. In two weeks the rest of the amount ($1100 each) will be taken from our accounts. She has had more than enough time to call or go in to the travel agency. We told the agency about what happened and they have left her messages to cal as well. Is there any sort of legal action we can take?

After the fact you can try Small Claims, but there's nothing you can do now.
Any chance she has closed her account out of spite so that you two are left with 1100 each taken from active accounts, or is the money already tied up with the agency? (Of course she could just be procrastinating until the last day, but I would worry.)
If you get along with her, invite her to lunch after you hit the agency for a refund, your treat. A small price to pay. If she works, find out when she's off and they are open.
