We have a very unstable spin cycle. Drum is always off balance regardless of load adjustments. The mounts on the bottom of the washer supporting the whole drum transmission assembly are loose and we are not sure if they should be loose. Two especially are very very loose and the whole assembly...

I have a GE washer, (about 5 years old). The washer goes through the wash and rinse cycles fine. When it gets to the spin cycle, it stops. I can override and manually place the machine on spin. How can I fix this problem so the cycle runs through completely. Thank You
