    Do I need an attorney for discovery phase child support case?
    I am seeking child support in the state of Maryland and the father has filed a financial statement that I believe is grossly false. How do I file discovery to ask for proof of his statement?

    Are you doing this yourself or through a state agency? How do you know it is false and what proof do you hope to get?
