    Fans don't work
    Lennox heat pump, honeywell thermostat RTH2410B, Heat comes on; however, neither the inside or outside fan will come on. Any thoughts? Inside fan capacitor is fine."

    How did the old thermostat hook up? (Color of wire to what letter.) Did you set your thermostat up for heatpump? It sounds like it may be set up for heat cool only not heatpump.
