If you have real bad cramps you should go to the doctor and tell them you have bad cramps your doctor will give you some type of medicine (I 4got what its called)that makes you feel so much better

Would say it depends on the severity of your cramps. For me, a couple of advil or midol and either a nice hot bath or a heating bag does the trick. They're not severe enough to need a prescription pain killer. If your cramps are bad enough that advil and midol aren't helping, and things like bath, heating pads or walking around aren't helping then yes, you should talk to your doctor.
