    How does a US bank pay US citizen's account proceeds to a foreign beneficiary?
    A US citizen has an account at US bank with a foreign beneficiary specified. What information and procedure is required for the bank to distribute the balance to the beneficiary?

    Proof that the person has died, and an address and method to send the money.
