Outside Coach lamps with photo cell
Lights came with FSP13EL bulbs and lasted 4 years until power surge/Power outage (we were not home at the time). Replaced with FTR26EL, owner manual listed both bulbs. Two weeks later both bulbs are out. Any thoughts?

Simple, you replaced a 13 watt CFL lamp with a 26 watt CFL lamp.

The fixture has a built in 13 watt ballast, and is not compatible with the 26 watt lamps you installed.

Any fluorescent lamp must match the ballast.
