    Am I a us citizen?
    My father is us citizen and my mother is filipino and I live in Philippines until now, am I a us citizen also?

    Where were you born? You are a citizen of the country you were born in, unless you become a citizen of another country by filing for citizenship.

    Maybe... If your parents are not legally married and your father never report birth of US citizen overseas at US embassy when you were born, you are not a US citizen.
