Heather turn on but no heat with faul code 12
My heather carrier 58PAV stopped working, The LE flash 1 short and 2 long , I checked the fault codes and with a short piece of wire,I short TEST/TWIN terminal to Com/24v terminal.
Status LED will flash code then turn ON inducer motor, the motor ran, the ignitor heatup but no flames
    And the flashingcode is:
12 BLOWER ON AFTER POWER UP (115V or 24V) - Blower runs for 90 seconds,if unit is powered up during a call for heat (R-W closed).
What that mean and how I fix it.

    Thanks

When you run a test on the carrier system it will test all componen except the gas valve. What is the code after the blower shuts off after the 90 sec. with the heat calling?

With the power off, remove the red thermostat wire from R on the control board in the furnace. Power the furnace back up with the Red thermostat wire diconected. What happens?

Tape the door switch closed. After you have the system powerd up use a jumper wire and jump from R to W on the furnace control board (with the red thermostat wire still disconected). Will the inducer motor come on? If so leave it jumperd to see if the igniter will glow and the burners light.

Yes, the igniter will glow and the burners light up. I put everything back together and it work most of the night

The problem now is that the heather can't keep up with the cold, it run but not for long... if I set the thermostat to 70 the higher temperature inside the house is between 60 to 65 never reach the settting temperature, it run but shut down within the next 10 -20 minutes,, and stay off for hours then kick back on blowing hot air... is driving me nut cause I do not know when I will have heather,, Did I mentioned that the Heather is 15 years old? Do you think is worthy spen more money in repair,
I replaced the control board, 2yrs ago , the pressure switch, the igniter and for the AC the Hgh Voltage capacitor last year...
    Thanks for your time
