Monster truck cartoon movie 1980's?

I use to rent this video when I was little every time we went to the Video Store but for the life of me can not think of the name of it now. It was from the 80's with monster trucks, the beginning intro of the production company had a red shoe that laced up, and in the movie I remember they raced around an arena and had to dodge obstacles like one was a pit of fire they had to jump over or some such. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
