    Child custody and abandonment.
My ex girl friend came and took our son from me and sent him to live with her mother. All of this after I ask her to spend more time with him. She live across the street from me. After saying that this was me calling her a bad mother. I am not allowed at her mothers cannot go get him and was told that I could see him when her mother brought him to see her. She told me she was purposely keeping him from me. She has no job cannot support him in anyway, what can I do?

You file for custody. Period. That will establish her requirements of visitation and your rights as the father.

This is very similar to my best friend's brother... He just patiently waited his time with the court and eventually it paid off BIG time... She was not only ordered to behave accordingly, but was also denied back child support for her willful denial of parental rights.

You must be patient and just do what is required of you as a parent and by law. It is your only way out of this. If you behave as she's behaving then you will not get anywhere with the court system.

You left out some very important background info. First, ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area. Second, are you the child's legal father? Are you on the birth certificate? Third, has anything been done in court to establish custody or visitation? Once we know this information we can advise how to proceed.

Yes, are you on the birth certificate or have you been proven to be the father.

Is there any custody agreement, is there any child support agreement *** though the court, not informal agreement between the two of you.

If you have not been to court, you need to.
