    Ocs refund
I have bought and a camera from eBay using ocs services ` online-courtyard-sale.com ` and when I've received it it was broken . I have contacted them and I was told that I can use the 10 day return policy but I was also told that it will take several days until I will get my money back. Has anyone been in the same situation and if so how much it will take the whole process?

I have used Online Courtyard Sale for many electronic purchases over the years. during that time I have had two claims and both were handled professionally and quickly with claim proceeds being deposited in my PayPal account in no more than 3 days. I highly recommend them and have done so with friends
