    Receive SS when leaving USA
    I have worked in the USA for 11 years under a L1A VISA and then a green card, I am looking to leave the USA and will not be returning, can I claim back any money I have paid towards Social Security over this time

    You will get Social Security benefits.
    You can not claim any money paid to SS.
