    Restraining Order
    I am 18 years old and I live and go to school in long beach. I need to file a restraining order agaist my exbf beause he has been leaving me voicemails with threats and other thing. He lives in fresno as well as my parents I wanted to know if I can file in fresno because if I file here in long bach he will know where I am at. Can I file in fresno?

    Contact your local shelter. But normally if someone is being accused of a crime then the location of that crime has jurisdiction. Since you don't currently live in Fresno you file where you are.
