    Am I fat?
My belly jiggles and hangs over its really soft and if someone barely touches or pokes it it jiggles and when I walk it really jiggles.

Yes, you have fat in that area... as many people do. Are you "fat"? That depends on each person's definition. More importantly is how you feel about it?

If are not happy with how it looks, work at watching what you eat and making sure you exercise often, preferably everyday.

We don't know if you are fat or just out of shape. You know, round IS a shape. :p

Now, you never mentioned your age, weight or height. We can only guess whether you are "fat" without this info.

That is up to your doctor and you to decide. Your doctor will look at more than just your height and weight.

If you feel you could lose some weight, if you don't like how your clothes fit, if you feel your weight keeps you from doing activities you would like to be doing, then do what you can to safely lose some weight.

Just remember, changes like that have to come about because you want them, not because of what you may think other people are thinking.

Wow, I actually call you a little on the thin side. You may just be out of shape. Do you work out at all?
