How to get a paternity test on the deceased
Last year I had a man tested that I thought was the father of my child. The results claimed he was not. Since that time he has deceased. I still think he was the father on my little girl. She is even looking more like him every day. Is there a way to have another test issued with his DNA. How would I even start to have this test done.

You would need to contact the lab that did the original test. Otherwise you would need to get an exhumation order to get more DNA, and that's unlikely to happen.

I believe you would get his Sister/brother or Mother someone that has his DNA tested for your daughter.
    Good Luck :)
