    Grants for starting a new business in ny
    I am looking to start a small trucking business in ny and would like to know if there are any grants to help

    Go to your local public library's reference department and ask this question. They will be able to tell you if there are any or not, or what other resources you may have available.

    Hello l:

    IF your new business is geared toward helping the community, like hiring the disabled, or the homeless, there probably ARE grants available... But, if your new business is geared toward making money for YOU, you won't find a grant.

    However, if your business is viable, you certainly might find an investor.
