    Can she do that?
    Anyone know my wife she wants to cancel my visa I have still visa is vaild until 2012 İt is spouse visa and I don't know what do.. we are not 2getter anymore because she is cheat on my.. she is treat me like **** everday... she said she is going to cancel my visa can she do that.

    Need more information. K-3 spouse visa? If so and you are in the US, then no. but has she filed the I-130 and you the I-485? Have you been to the 245 interview yet?
