    At 6 years it's time for a thorough vet check, there are a few things that can go wrong as they age, I wouldn't like to guess specifics.

    You can try changing the diet, feed some boiled chicken and rice, it's gentle on their stomach and they usually go crazy for it. I would recommend this as a start for any dog that is feeling a bit under the weather.
    Then if she eats that just slowly switch back to her regular food by mixing in a little each day.

    On top of Shazzy's suggestion for a vet visit you can stop feeding her human food and only offer a high quality dog chow. A healthy dog will not starve themselves.
