    Cash flow
Over the past five years, your organization has experienced increasingly negative cash flow, requiring the business to take out a line of credit through a local bank to supplement cash shortfalls. Describe, in detail, the practices you would recommend to improve cash flow.

To improve cash flow you need to increase sales and you need to tighten up your credit lending policy. Also you can offer discounts to customers for paying their bill within a certain time like a 2% disocunt if they pay their bill within 10 days. Also you need to reduce your expenses. These are just a few things you could do. You need to know your organization and what their current practices are, then you can look for ways to improve cash flows.
