can I move my toilet about 20 inches
YES! Next question. Without any details that's the only answer I can give. To tell you more I need to know.
    1) What material the pipes are
    2) Slab or flooring?
    3) Will a permit be pulled?
    4) Will you be doing the job yourself or will you contract it out.
    5) If you're doing the job yourself do you have the tools and plumbing skills to accomplish this remodel?
    Back to you, Tom
