Opinion require on ct scan of male absomen
Ct Study reveals marked ascites. Diffuse fatty infiltration is seen in liver with coarse appearing liver parenchyma, undulating contour and relative prominence of caduate lobe, suspicious for changes of chronic liver disease. Portal nvein thrombosis is seen and multiple portosystemic venous collateral are also seen. The appearance of pancreas is suggestive of chronic pancreatitis. Few tiny cystic areas and multiple calcific nodular foci are sen in pancreatic head; there is no obvious neoplastic lesion in pancreas and no dilation of MPD is seen. Narrowing of intrapancreatic common bile duct is seen with proximal biliary dilatation. Gastric wall thickening is seen, along the inferior and posterior aspects of body stomachs, a walled off fluid collection is seen in lesser sacadherent to gastric wall and irregular shaped sof tissues attentuation lesion is seen in transverse mesoclon just below the collection-these changes are possibly seuelae of previous episode of acute pancreatitis.
