96 dodge ram heater /ac fan doesn't come on. Can anyone help me?
I'm thinking it's a relay use under hood. My fuse box lid is missing so I can't tell which relay fuse it is. I noticed my fan switch for heat n a/c doesn't come on when turn on knob. Also Cruz control not working. Maybe same fuse. Anyone please enlighten me.

Heat only blows through the defrost vent regardless of setting. How do I gain access to the heater control?
My 98 dodge ram the blower moter is working you can hear it but it just won't blow much air out of any of the vents it will once in a while but not very often
My heater fan works only on high. I've decided it's the rheostat. In fact, I changed it 3 or 4 years ago for the same issue. I want to change it again, foolishly I can't find it under the dash. Please someone refresh my memory. Thanks.
