    Yes. Even though your genetics determine much of the way your facial hair grows, there are a few things you can do to help. You want to increase your body's testosterone levels. This can be done by eating a lot of protein, getting at least eight hours of sleep a night, performing anaerobic exercise (such as lifting weights), and avoiding smoking cigarettes.
