What do you mean seeing her period? A woman can get pregnant at any point in her pregnancy, but it's usually less likely for her to become pregnant during her period. In any case, unless you are trying for a child, you should ALWAYS be wearing a condom.

You can be ovulating without seeing the typical signs. When in doubt, expect to be fertile.

Just to add to the other responses... if you are asking can a girl get pregnant when she hasn't even had her first menstrual period yet, it would depend on how close to it she may be. Ovulation, or releasing an egg, occurs prior to a period... so yes, someone could become pregnant without ever seeing that first period if she is of an age where it is likely to occur.

Stating that... it would not be wise for someone that young to be engaging in sex to begin with.
