    Spirits or Physiological?
This is going to sound really weird... but I'm not joking and I am searching for answers... about year or so ago my idol died... Yep my idol... Ive always had a strong heart and head and even though I didn't know know my idol I loved them like they were part of my family or friends. Recently strange things have been happening well for a while now but they have been getting more frequent. A few weeks ago my grandfather passed away. He'd been in allot of pain for ages... and he looked so ill and in so much pain me and my family could not bare to watch... no one would have been able to fight the pain he was in. So I turned to my thoughts and said to my idol who I had been feeling the presence of for months already " Please stop the pain my grandfather is in, i cannot watch him like this anyone, i love him dearly i dont want him to be in pain, if this will not cure at least let him die in his sleep, peacefully and calmly, so all his pain is gone and he may live in the afterlife peacefully" 10 minutes later we got a phone call, my grandfather had just passed away. That's not all. Every couple of weeks I will be drifting off to seep, door closed, parents in bed, window shut, cuddling up to my cat... there is a jump on the edge of my bed, a loud bang on my bed then the floor I st up to see what it was the cat is still cuddled up to me and I see nothing. Also I randomly feel cold allot and hear sort of sum1 talking to me in my head. I really then get a reply to that with something I wouldn't say. In a tone I wouldn't speak. I could go on and on... there is more... but I will finish there... even before my grandfather passed away I had incidents... in fact 2 weeks before my grandfather passed away I saw my idols face... in the corner of my eye I looked properly and saw nothing... is he there?

What is the idol figure to you? Who is it?

When things occur while waking or starting to sleep they can very well be in your head. This loud boom your claiming. Does anyone else hear it or just you? It could be in your ears.

Jimmy'The Rev' Sullivan a famous drummer... and lets just say he's got me through alla tough times, and made me the person I am today, without him as my idol I would still be depressed 90% of the time... he's changed me.

The cat jumps because your stirring and Im sure the cat is falling off to sleep. But since your alerted to something the cat would be to regardless if it exists or not. Keep that in mind when doing your evaluation. Try keeping a recorder handy and just let it run as you drift off to sleep and check it the next day and see what is on it.
