Elaborate a little, what are you paranoid about exactly?

Well I'm kind of in the same situation you are in. My ex boyfriend broke up with me because he said I was insecure. If I ask him a question about another girl, he gets mad. I don't know if all girls do the same thing by asking their guy questions over and over but it seems like we don't do it on purpose. If you already talked to him and still no change. I think you should try to not contact him in anyway, and when he's ready and realizes that he misses you, he will call.

Some girls get paranoid about their guys going after "cute" girls but if your guy was faithful you had nothing to worry about you know .

You should try talk to your ex see in what way he sees you as insecure , if it was jealously or what not try to overcome it by assuring him that you love him and that and know he wouldn't cheat or that behind you .

Stop being paranoid if you were like that , he chose you not any other girl , but you for who you are the lovely person both inside you and out.

Work it see yourself first then talk to your man .

    Good luck

    puerrican69,

Paranoia is quite simply a heightened sense of awareness. Maybe you are quite intuitive and have come close many times to something he was trying to keep from you. Maybe you freaked him out. Lol

Deserves him right if you ask me. No decent guy is going to go out with someone for a year and then dump her and call her paranoid.

Take care of you, and trust your instincts and your intuition.

I like to advise using the "no contact rule". That means no contact on your part, however if he says "hello" to you, say hello back to him.
If he really cares, he'll come around.

I don't know what you did to make him think this. But my boyfriend knows that I am paranoid. Eventually this does get too much for them to handle (understandable). Its not cool for them to be questioned & have to explain themselves constantly. You need to keep your paranoia to yourself & try to boost self confidence. Good luck!

Move on and get you a life with out him, enjoy your youth. Without more info its hard to know what he means, but it obviously bothered him.

I agree with Bluerose, I think you probably have good intuition and read things well.. He might call it paranoia but that might be his defense kicking in and blaming it on you!

Seems rather strange to end a relationship after a year without really working through any problems. There might be more to the story though so I can't really say much more, except.

Move on. Hard at first, but you will get there.. In time!
