    My girlfriend missed her period for 7 days is she pregnant?

    You feeling sleepy is not a symptom of someone else being pregnant but if she's a week late, she could be. Why don't you two just do a pregancy test?

    Why don't you use pregnancy test so that you be sure if she's really preggy..
