    Basement Pumping Rough
    The Bathroom in the basement in, atlanta Georgia 30342, is roughed in. There is a 1 inch pipe pvc in the concrete against the larger pipe for the toilet. What is this pipe for? How do I put the flange in with the pipe in the way?
