    Cramping and bleeding in 9th week of pregnancy after ultrasound
    Today I had my 9th week abdominal ultrasound and everything was perfect.there was a good heartbeat of 140 bpm. Doctor said everything is OK however once I got back home there was severe cramping and felt uncomfortable as if want to poo. So I went to the loo and even before I started to pee had some free flow fresh red bleeding. Please give me your opinions.. please.. I still am feeling little cramps at back and still little bleeding is happening have put a pad to observe. Why did this bleeding happen suddenly?

    Did you have a pelvic exam as well? Possibly from the pressure of the scan. Could just be coincidence. Certainly if the cramping and bleeding continue, give your gp or midwife a call.
