Restraining Oder, Child Manipulation and a Byass Judge. Father Needs Help!
A father in the state of California has a restraining order that was categorized as domestic violence when it was just a cup of water thrown. He seeks better visitations with his son and the mother is manipulating the child but the courts are not listening to the father about this even though the court has expressed some knowledge of this. The father does not have money because he has health issues and is being driven away from seeing his child because the mother keeps bringing in information that normally should be thrown out of court. What are the fathers rights and does anyone know of a Free lawyer that could consult the father to better help him in his case so that his son does not suffer any more manipulation by the mother?

What state are you located in? How is the mother manipulating the child? What does the current court order state about the father's custody and visitation rights?

What "information that normally should be thrown out" is the mother bringing?

Quite honestly, it sounds as if there is a boatload of information missing from this story. From the "cup of water = domestic violence" to "information that should be thrown out," you're making a lot of vague statements about the situation. No one here can properly advise you unless we know what's going on. You're making a lot of allegations and no information as to why you're making them.
