    Replacing Manual Thermostat with TH115-a-24t
Small red wire twisted to black wire and attached to OLD manual thermostat's BLACK wire labeled "Common". Small yellow wire twisted to green wire and attached to OLD manual thermostat's RED wire labeled "Load". New programmable thermostats requires C, W, R. I have tried various combinations unfortunately thermostat display comes on but heat is not being created at electric baseboard heaters(two heaters). Note everything else seems to be working. Meter indicates 24v between Red & Green/Yellow and 24 volts AC between Black and Green/yelow. Meter indicates 0volts AC between Black with Red and Yellow with Green.
