I need help with connecting the Thermostat. I have 240line coming in with a white and black wire and ground. The White and Black and both hot. The Thermostat has 4 wires 2 black and 2 red , 1 black and Red for Line, and 1 Red and Black for Load.
I checked and I am hot on both the Red and Black Lines from Power source. The wiring diagram on the box shows hooking up line to the red and Black line of thermostat. I hook up the Red and Black from Load to my Baseboard heater. The ground I hook up from line to Load, nothing from ground goes to Thermostat.

Can someone help me or send a picture. I thought I had a bad thermostat and got another, same problem it does come on when I thurn on the On switch.
