    How long am I responsible
    How long am I financially responsible for credit card debt? If the bebt is over 8 years old and is no longer on my credit report, am I still obligated to pay it?

    Where do you live, as the SOL is different in very jurisdiction.

    You will always OWE this money, but if the SOL has expired, then they can't recover the money in the form of a judgement from court.
