4 years old girl doesn't like to eat remedy?

By remedy do you mean medicine?

She's big enough to help fix some of the food. She can count things or separate things (I used to shell peas for my mom and pick meat off the bones of cooked poultry), she can help stir, she can add things together (especially if they have been measured already), she can roll out pieces of dough. Do you make samosas? She would enjoy helping to make those.

Also, she can help write a grocery list and shop for the foods that will be cooked. She can be asked for ideas for meals and help plan. She can set the table with some of the objects, such as silverware, and can fold napkins. (My mother would buy white paper napkins that were embossed, and I would use my crayons to color them to make swirls or flowers as I followed the embossing).

I found out my sons ate much better when they helped plant and care for our garden, helped me grocery shop, and helped me prepare the foods.

Just be careful with the stove -- with hot liquids and taking things out of the oven -- and with sharp knives. She is still a small child and must learn safety rules in the kitchen.
