    HIPPA violation?
    I am a member of management. During weekly team meetings with other managers it is a status item to provide detailed information regarding an employees short term disibility the information shared is that the employee is out of the office on stress leave, her short term disibility claim was denied and the company has informed her that she will be on a company invoked leave of absence with no pay. Is this a HIPPA violation?

    That is in no way a HIPAA violation.

    No it is a management meeting about an employee and their status.
