    Too much oil in car now it won't start
    After topping up car with oil I drove it for around 10miles thick white smoke came out of exhaust and engine now car dos not start

    Yep, you over filled. Blowby oil aerated, went past the rings and fouled the plugs.
    You need a drain and fill new oil, remove spark plugs and replace, then hope for the best no other damage.
    It may be rough getting it started. Have someone well trained perform this job.
