Can I move out of provience to better my life legaly with joint custody?
My ex and I have been devoriced for 2yrs and separated even longer our daughter is now 5yrs old and was 1 1/2 when we split. From that time till now we have been in a constant battle because he can't haddle the fact that he can't control me any more and that I have another family Me and my new Boyfriend just had a little baby girl and his job is being terminated soon. My question is.. If we were to move out of provience to better our lives or to where he could get a job is there anything that my ex can do against me? we have a joint custody agreement with my say final in any important decisions. Which leads me to my second question. I was falsely accused of witholding our daughter from him when it was him who didn't want to spend the time with her. And other things. Now I will be held in contempt if he doesn't get his way... which is to take her away from me. She spends more time at a babysitters house then with him when its his weekend. And I'm refused any information to where she is or who she's with because according to him its not any of my business what he does with her when she's with him... I have no money for a lawyer and have no idea how to fight against this. Do you have any sugestions?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings, but it will be extremely hard to fight it. As long as there is a court ordered visitation schedule, especially if he is adhering to it, then its unlikely a court will grant you permission to move.

Without a lawyer I would say your chances are slim and none. With a lawyer, you might have a small chance if you can show that he's not being a real father.

Where is Provience? Or do you mean that you are in a Canadian province?

First of all when a word has a red line under it. Right click your mouse and select the correct spelling of the word. It sure would look better and sound better if you were married and your husband had a job offer in another state. Meaning you are married and need to move with your husband to another state. Or you have a new job offer in another state and the boyfriend is left out of the situation. Now chances are you and your ex will need to develop a new visitation plan meaning your ex chances are will have your daughter 3 to 8 weeks in the summer can you live with that? maybe skpy visitation scheduled weekly etc. Work on a plan, get the job. Check to see if your final say includes removing your child out of state "I think not"

First, not everyone uses FireFox or has a spell checker so they may not see the "red line". Second, you should take your own advice and proof your posts better. This is from another one of your posts; "Meaning your family are sex a fenders, drug attacks,...". The correct words are sex OFFENDERS and drug ADDICTS. Also I think you mean SKYPE, not skpy. I wasn't going to correct your mistakes in the other post until you criticized someone for their mistakes.

Finally, this is a legal forum and answers here must conform to statutory law. Your responses have included questionable to bad advice and have not taken actual law into account. Its nice that you want to help, but please make sure the advice you give is accurate and helpful.
