Theft and possession under she wasn't even caught with anything on her??

My 14 soon15 before court, daughter who has no prior record or trouble at all was charged tonight with theft under and possession of property obtained by crime. What will happen and when they arrested her she didn't have anything on her she was just with the people who did? Please help she is a good kid with a 87% average and does nothing bad I don't want this to affect the rest of her life!
